Idk about you but I am intimidated by rolling my own sushi. But I LOVE sushi! Solution: make this Crispy Shrimp Pan Sushi. It’s sushi… in a pan!! You make it in a 9x13 and layer it like lasagna. Sushi rice, avocado, cucumber, spicy shrimp, and crispy panko. Serve it with spoons and seaweed snacks and eat it like a taco!
